Digital Pickle acknowledges that the information and materials it receives from its customers is highly confidential. Digital pickle acquires no right or title to the information and materials, and does not use them for any purpose except as contemplated by the work.
It is understood that in the course of the work Digital Pickle discloses the information and materials to its employees and subcontractors. However, all such employees and subcontractors have executed a confidentiality agreement with Digital Pickle that requires a promise of confidentiality.
Digital Pickle does not disclose the information and materials to any third party, except (i) to settle a banking transaction (e.g. process a credit card); or (ii) to the extent necessary to comply with any applicable law.
