How long will it take to process my order?

Why not digitize my photos, videos, audio and film myself?
Digitizing media at home is a very time-consuming and monotonous undertaking that often produces low quality results. Digital Pickle uses high quality commercial equipment and a proprietary process to get the job done properly and cost-effectively.

What can you digitize?
We can digitize virtually every type of still images (photos, negatives, slides), every type of video (every consumer type, most professional formats, and all international formats such as PAL and SECAM), and 8mm and 16mm silent and sound films. We also digitize audio cassettes, reel-to-reel audio tapes, and vinyl records.
How safe is it to mail my photos & videos?
The reliability of couriers like FedEx and UPS is extremely high. We've received and processed thousands of orders from all over the country, and we've never had a case of a lost parcel. If you're still concerned, send it to us by overnight express. We'll receive your package the very next morning. The return trip won't be nearly as worrisome because we'll keep a safety copy of your digital media.
What area does your pickup & delivery service cover?

Where is the actual work done?
We perform all services in-house. We do not off-shore your project!
What about discounts?
Discounts are available for large orders and they are determined on a case-by-case basis. Special discounted rates are also available to our partners, to educational institutions, and to active duty members of the uniformed services.
