When your media arrives at our facility, each videotape or container of images is barcoded and associated with your order and customer information to ensure we can keep track of each individual asset. We also make sure that your each set of media is transferred by only one technician to maintain consistency throughout the transfer process. Also, we make sure that your materials are never removed from your dedicated container, except to be digitized.

Quality and inventory are checked at every stage of the process. So don't worry, your memories are safe with us! We do not send your memories off-shore...all of our conversions are conducted at our US-based production facility in Hayward, CA!
